ARIES, a Mixed Reality Security System using Microsoft’s HoloLens, is a security montioring tool used for the purpose of multi-layer check-ins. In 2019 the ARIES app was updated with new controls and a new interface to better integrate with the latest Hololens modals. Through user feedback and research on A.R. controls, the development team were able to design and implement a secure augmented reality app. This provides a seamless experience to end users and leverages the components of the security infrastructure already in place..

Duties included: Created thumbnails/mock-ups/finalized designs for AR controls while working with developers on ways to implement controls in a 3-D space. Ran manual QA testing on the ARIES app to help catch bugs and develop a better understanding of designing for Augmented Reality.
